Works great for me, but then again it's not a new buildings that I need to worry about.  We don't get new buildings around here very often.  :) 
The only thing updated images might show around here is what farmer has added cattle to his herd.

Unfortunately, they've been quite dated in my experience.

Usually this doesn't matter, but lately I've seen times when buildings 
from six months ago are still in their satellite data.
