I recently asked a coworker what fade margin was, and he gave me the following great example:
"Say you're on the top of the Sears Tower, how close to the edge of the building would you get? 1 foot, 10 feet, 100 feet? That 'safety margin' you give yourself is similar to the dbi you give yourself in fade margin calculations.
