Yes, they are great up sale($200-250.00, "near carrier grade"). And they
will use reflections and multipath.  They penetrate better because of the
directed output & receive, excellent for large difficult homes or metal
buildings.  If you use the other CPE unit as a range extender, you can only
repeat once (after a day or two the additional units lose it) but excellent
for a single wireless bridge, wired or wireless.

I have several apartment complexes with very spotty coverage, and I was 
wondering what type of CPE that people would recommend.

I've been looking at the Ruckus units, particularly the MetroxFlex

Anyone else have any experience with these devices?  I'm looking for 
something to limp everyone along until everyone is willing to make a 
significant CAPEX expenditure on a better wireless infrastructure.
