We noticed some fairly significant packet loss on CPE associated with one particular 900 Mhz cell this morning. We went to several client locations to trouble shoot. Everything, except the packet loss, looked good. When we went out to the cell site we found a few very large buzzards parked on our antenna. Im not sure how to calculate the attenuation of a buzzard, but when we were able to persuade them to leave all the packet loss cleared up. This is definitely a first for us. Do anti-roost strips deter them?
