Hey Guys OT Question for this slow Saturday (although we are working with some lighting related failures)
How do you guys compensate NON sales Staff on referrals and sales? Case is that we have a very industry connected IT Manager and he has lately closed very good deals. But I don't know how to compensate him. We Pay our Business Sales Exec. A base salary and commissions on each sales, basically we give him the first month of the customer mrc as commission. But the IT manager has been getting some great accounts lately due to his connections in the industry. Any Ideas are appreciated Gino A.
