I tried to get something like this going. But the board wouldn't let me send out questionnaires that they didn't design. So far, no one has come up with anything that will let us ask the questions that we'd need to ask to know who uses what and has what inventory/equipment/talent on hand for such situations.
Plus, no one else seemed to think it was very important. It happens to be one of the main things *I* think wispa should be doing.
