I changed the freq a bit and didn't see any significant change. I climbed and swapped the pigtails with North and changed all the settings so they were fully swapped. Everyone on the south sector (which did have the questionable radio) is now happy. Now the North sector is showing the same symptoms on my test CPE. It's a good thing everyone except two are on East and West until I get this sorted out. Time to contact Streakwave about a bad radio...
