I'll put it this way, at one telco I know, a disgruntled accountant called the State AG office and made a claim of cross subsidizes. The financial crimes division threw the general manager up against the wall in front of his board of directors and hand cuffed him and hauled him away. 2 years later the investigation was done and nothing was amiss. Do you think I want to risk doing the perp walk?
