we use 4-40 machine screws with 2 nuts and a nylon spacer.

screw
backplate
nut
nylon spacer
board
nut

works well.  locktite the nut on the backplate

I like your idea a bit better, but I've not had the time to dig for them and what we have works well.

Hi,

Where is everyone getting metal standoffs for mounting Routerboards on
the backplates? We would prefer metal ones, with nuts on the back and
then machine threaded screws.

Or, if there is something better, let me know.

thanks,

Travis
