OK guys. I've never had this happen before so I'm not usre what to do. I've got a long time customer that has fallen for the AT&T DSL giveaway package and is switching. He asked if he could pay a small monthly rate to keep his email addresses for a few months until he gets the word out. My first reaction is to tell him to take a flying leap. After some thought, I want to be reasonable. I've thought about telling him he can do so with a low end plan. We dont sell email accounts. How do you handle this? -RickG
