Taxes are the least of my concern, at this point. My concern is what will happen to the Lending/Financial market?
Will it be easier or harder to get financing for WISP expansion (lease or capitol purchases)? What will happen to our real estate assets? Will banks recognize the fair value of them, again? These will all be effected by whetehr the economy suffers or improves.
