Under normal conditions is a key phrase.  Colder takes longer.  Drier 
takes longer, if it ever sets up.  Also depends on the mix.  I would 
suggest asking the concrete company what the cure time is.  I have done 
a 100' and a 140' freestanding.  I waited the full 30 days because 
multiple contractors reminded me that it is hard in 5 days when it is 8"

thick like a basement wall.  At 3'x3'x8', I doubt the middle will be 
hard in 10 days, let alone cured.  I go for safety first, I would let it

sit for 30 days.
