I have this installed and like it...

Two RBs (currently 532 but today you'll want 433ah)
Two xr5 or compex wlm54ag
Dual polarity 5ghz dish
Butch's blog and/or help in usinf OSPF to concatinate the two links.

I would guess 400 for electronics, 400 for two dishes and 200 for materials.
