Our tower crews are allowed to pick and choose what they like for Harness and Lanyards as long as it's approved by our safety manager. They all choose the exofit harness by DBSALA with the seat. I prefer this one as well. The new ones have a spring in the that makes the rear ring stick up, very nice.
