No technical reason.....just practical business reasons.

Actually, combining these two services and some creative access control
lists are used by larger providers in the wired world to allow customers to
'Self Provision' or 'Sign up' for their service.

I know it's considered bad practice to do this, but I'm transitioning my
existing wireless network from DHCP/Static to PPPoE, and I was wondering if
there was a technical reason PPPoE & DHCP can't co-exist on the same
network.
