I can't quite swing one to try just yet, but this is what I'm leaning toward for my smaller sites.
Outdoor rated. Build in POE, lightning protection, remote reboot etc. etc. etc. Almost everything that sits in my outdoor boxes is already in that single device. And with it I need no outdoor box at all.
