Don't help if don't have the latest IOS firmware I would think. I must say I haven't used Cisco for a long time (replaced with ImageStream) and the few times I had to help customer that had a cisco that needed some configuration changes to deal with the internal routing we help setup with MikroTik it was always it seemed an older firmware and they customer know very little more then the username and password and ips to get in to the cisco. But glad Cisco is coming to the 21st century with decent provisioning tools and configuration tools which I been spoiled with Mikrotik every since I first started using it almost hmm 7 years ago.
