You can find them from many places (Streakwave, Titanwireless, Wisp Router,
etc) - just Google "2 n hole enclosure" and make sure the picture is the
same.  They also come in 4 N hole versions.

These enclosures survive in Ohio where it will go from 0 to 50 and back in a
days time (making water a real problem).  The PacWireless enclosures did a
pretty good job but we still had problems from time to time with water
finding its way in and filling up with a pool of water.  The only way we
solved this problem (with the PacWireless ones, NOT the unknown
manufacturer) was to put coax seal around the top edge.
