Assuming a 100 meg commit on a GigE port with a 1 year term at a major carrier hotel between $8 and $21 per meg depending on the carrier and your ratio. These days Cogent's pricing is no longer the market leader. Hurricane seems to have taken that up with their $3 per meg for a full GigE.
Anyway... bandwidth pricing at major carrier hotels is now so low that is no longer matters much. The big issue now is cross-connect fees have increased in some cases causing them to cost more than the circuit itself. For example, you can get 10 megs from Cogent for $100 MRC, but the cross-connect will likely cost between $75 and $275 MRC. We also have extremely flexible terms for fellow WISPs.
