We use Tigerpaw CRM. A little pricey but it has a dispatch board for
scheduling installs and service calls. Also allows us to track inventory for
our customers and tower locations.

Custom written PHP/MySQL system.  Does installs, trouble tickets etc.
Best bet to hire a PHP/MySQL coder.
