I'm trying to wrap my mind around how exactly we get 802.11n speeds.

PHY improvements (on standard 20 MHz channel):
72 Mbps * 70% efficiency => 50 Mbps

40 MHz channel, double that => 100 Mbps)

Triple that because of 3x3 MIMO => 300 Mbps

Is that right?
