JAck, Why do you say first quarter 2011?
Is that when TV broadcasters will be off the band? Or when you think that the FCC will finalize rules? Or when FCC will finalize certification process? Or how long before GEO data base will be complete? I thought they might have product made in early 2010, (even if not certifiable or usable by 2011) considering first generation prototypes has already been around for a while. To atleast know who the manufacturer players will be.
