Yeah, I know. But after fixing what geeksquad or *shudder* Staples breaks over and over (usually for free because I am easy) I just had to throw that in.
My favorite customer quote: "IT CAN'T BE BROKEN, IT MUST BE YOUR SERVICE! STAPLES FIXED IT!!!"
