Paragon Wireless makes a great dual-mode phone that works flawlessly GSM/Wi-Fi VoIP (my boss has been using one for over a year). About $400 retail, and $250 bulk. We considered introducing the phone, but chose not to. It's a more complex sale and marketing challenge, coupled with additional customer service requirements. Also a significant inventory carrying cost if we were to wholesale the product.
