          Hi Alex,
          Thanks guy. Good to hear from you too. Probably Tom Millitzer at New 
Commerce Communications would have better info as he is a specialty business 
broker and has worked in the WISP space so you could try him for better info.

          The most recent client I helped with a business plan to sell was back 
in late 2007 and I believe he got around 1X Annual revenue for what he sold for 
his residential customers. He pieced it out and sold it off in tower bunches 
that served some specific customer segments. And he may have gotten better 
numbers for his business customers.

          I would not expect better than that in this economy and that is if 
there is a positive cash flow. If the business is losing money, expect 
valuations to plummet.
