I was reading a business article about it....seems that right now it's being sold as a lose leader and I believe the $19.95 is based only one year deal that could change to a monthly fee after that; emphasis on "could", so far it hasn't.
I think their ultimate goal is to hit critical mass then hope one of the big boys comes and buys them out for a gazzillion dollars. But right now they are sort of burning the candle at both ends. Regardless, how can you beat $19.95 for a year and I know that they are advertising like crazy on the morning portion of Bloomberg TV!
