I have no idea what the equipment is that they are using but it "may" be possible to turn off the equipment at the end points and then "maybe", if the equipment on the tower by chance has an activity light, to see if it's passing traffic. But it's all "ify".
Is this company also providing the broadband access or are they using from one of the customers end points? If from the customer site, just turn off the remote sites and see if the gateway is passing traffic maybe.
