I've seen the 8 screw leak when the cover plate is clamped down it will leave a depression in the gasket. If you ever have to open it up, the gasket does not release, and the depression remains. Tightened it back down, had to revisit the site 2 weeks later, water got in and touched the routerboard, shorting it out.
Other sites where I have not had to open it back up, have been in service 2+ years since I installed them without issues.
