My Nextel i720 (when I used Nextel) had real GPS. You have to look carefully, but lots of cell phones have real GPS receivers in them. If I'm on a tower, I'm using bluetooth so I have my hands free and then I can look at the GPS at the same time. the iphone doesn't multi-task. The Pre and Blackberries do.
