Hello Marco, In our neck of the woods 6Ghz is about all you can use at that distance. Typically 6GHz is only good for about 155-170Mbps, but I have read about some faster radios. Given 6GHz only gives you 30MHz channels I assume these "faster" 6GHz radios are using two 30MHz channels to reach beyond the 170Mbps ceiling. Problem you may run into at that point is finding two 6Ghz channels available in or near a market as large and noisy as DFW!
If 160Mbps+ is enough bandwidth for you then I'd look at the Trango GigaLINK. So far all our licensed Trango gear has performed well.
