Back when ElectroComm was ElectroComm, and a family owned company... Around Christmas time every order we placed always came with a little box of chocolates. I always made sure to place a bunch of orders, and keep my guys from opening up any of the boxes when they came in. But now they're not ElectroComm, and they will slap you and cancel your account you've had for 10 years because their people screwed up an order, and you refused to pay for something you never received.
