Mike, We have been working with the FCC team for the past year on a mechanism that has already been accepted by Industry Canada for the new 3.65 GHz band opening up this winter (entire 50 MHz). It seems to us that the upper 25 MHz may never be opened up; this is a key action item for the committee.
