Victoria, I agree with you 110%. When I first looked at what the state was proposing, I saw that it was virtually an overlay of existing fiber routes. What will this do to promote any last mile projects? This governor is not gaining any points with me. I believe your 'stinks' article was spot on, I am forwarding it to our state representative.
