My little home one gives me about a 30' range of boosted signal, but I'm
in a spot with a very weak cell signal even on the roof, and mine is
hooked up with 50' of 50ohm lmr400 instead of 75 ohm cable like
specified, as I already had it running between my roof and basement and
it took 2 minutes to reuse it.

The proposed system would be for multiple carriers. The roof has clear
LOS to the cell tower about 2 miles away. The building has two levels
with an RF-proof floor. The inside range would be ideally 100+' radius.

I will give tessco a call sometime. It looks like a very important
business line to them.
