Fun fact: there actually is a way to make the Ultimate Question of Life, The
Universe, and Everything ("what do you get if you multiply six by nine") to
equal 42. If you do the math in base-13, 6x9 really is 42. Douglas Adams was
as surprised as anyone by this revelation.
