If you need something done on a network level..expect MT can do it.

My CPE template contains:

/interface pppoe-client
add ac-name="" add-default-route=yes allow=pap,chap,mschap1,mschap2
comment=\
"" dial-on-demand=no disabled=no interface=wlan1 max-mru=1480 max-mtu=\
1480 mrru=disabled name=pppoe-out1 profile=default \
service-name="" use-peer-dns=yes

Then you just change the user= and password= to suit.

When I helped someone over the phone I just had them click add and specify
the user/password so I'm pretty sure all of those are default values.
