Bridgewave is a good pick for that type of shot, we have a few 60 and 80GHz links setup at short range. I don't know what they go for these days, but they were expensive a few years ago. They're also tough to align at distance, but for such a short short, you should be safe from rain fade and alignment ought not take very long.
