There is outdoor cable with two jackets I saw some about a month ago and if I find the info I'll send it over. I saved it because it looked interesting. I have a piece of it somewhere too.. put it in a safe place can't find now lol

We put a 150 foot run on a tower and crossed a flat roof and down a wall with another drop. Both started to loose the outer jacket within a couple of years, it just split apart and exposed the indoor cable to the elements. We've since replaced both runs.
