I've used that dish on NS2-L 2.4. I had to mount the bottom 1" of the radio into the bracket but it worked. I did not do alot of comparisons, but I picked up about 8dB
Have not tried it on a standard NS2 but I imagine it will work fine. You are only using one antenna at a time unless you have Adaptive enabled. ________________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] On Behalf Of Rick Harnish [[email protected]] Sent: Monday, February 15, 2010 7:49 PM To: 'WISPA General List' Subject: Re: [WISPA] Reflector grid or dish for NS2/NS2L Blair, http://www.wispa.org/?page_id=325 SecurAlign is a WISPA Vendor member who makes reflector dishes for this exact purpose. Has anyone seen or heard of something like this? It seems to me to be an obvious add-on to the radios and a much better way to get more gain than using the external antenna port on the NS2. I expect it would be less expensive than grid and pigtail as well. Blair No virus found in this incoming message.
