What other industry would be so introspective and careful?    If this were 
(insert name of politician, CEO, or detested talking head here), he/she/they 
would be shouting it from the rooftops as fact and declaring themselves some 
kind of winner.

However, I know just what you mean... I have long ago lost track of the 
number of people I've talked to who do exactly this...  "My internet is 
wireless" and it turns out to be just dsl w/wireless router.

However, it can't be ALL of the respondents.   Even if 3/4 are confused, the 
size of the wireless provider industry is still larger than we're imagining 
it.
