The stipulation is that it's installed in or at a home, not a retail or commercial address. It's administered by the Business Class office, not the regular road Runner folks but the Business Class people have to be educated on it and made to go look for it if you ask about it. The bonus is, it's a 15 down, 2 up service and it goes for 89 bucks. I have 2 of them installed as a fall back and since I'm considered "Home Based Business" it's all cool with their regulations. One of the services is actually installed along the edge of a field not near any home, I have it as a solar site. The account is still with our corporate account so the bill comes to the same place. Oh, and it comes with one static IP. If you order, beg the sales person to throw in another static for free so that you can put your own router on the thing, their supplied router sucks.
