Ironically, NBP still calls for low cost near free networks to be built. Ironically the city wont event take it for free, DUH!!! Looks like they realize that SUPPORT of the network and reoccurring costs of that are the BIG COSTs. What, really, the city doesn't want to run and be responsible for a network that will lose money, based on the model?
