Something with a DVR would be a good way to go. This way they have a historical account of the progress. I am sure they will want to do something like a time squeeze of the whole process. Otherwise you are looking at a camera that FTP¹s to a web-server. If you go that route the image is probably going to be replaced every 5 minutes or so, which is fine for real time. Won¹t do much good for going back to watch.
