If it's a festival, the shop owners benefit from such a thing and there is probably a committee that would do the footwork for you. Talk to the festival committee. Shouldn't take much of anything to do what you're trying to accomplish.

Do you have any tips for negotiating these kinds of deals? Alternatively, I've seen a few people mention using satellite Internet; I'm wondering who you all use?
