Are any of you using Freshbooks for billing services? For those who are using it, what has your experience been? Have you had any support issues and what has their support response been like? Have you made any feature requests and have they been receptive? If any of you have looked at it but decided against it, what were your reasons (if you don't mind me asking)? :) Thank you!
