Hi Rick, Cameron asks a great question. The simple answer is: "Yes, WISPS should register all of the requested service area demographic information requested by RUS." It gets more detailed than that, and Cameron is right that correctly filing the full required / requested data goes beyond the capabilities of most WISPs (or cablecos, or telephone coops). That is why we have assembled all of the applicable data, and have it running on our severs.
