I think the FCC just wants to get people in a frenzy thinking they're getting ripped off so they'll support them more. Now people are going to whine because they "dont get what they pay for". Too bad most arent educated enough to know the difference between "on net" and "off net" and "shared bandwidth" versus " dedicated bandwidth". They think they get a T1 for $50/month!
