What's the nearest major city? Is bandwidth substantially cheaper there? You may want to consider investing in a big backhaul link from there, to you. Yeah, the one-time costs of putting up a tower or three, especially if you need to invest in licensed links, can be pretty harsh, but if you're in it for the long haul it may be worthwhile.
