We did something similar to this at a customer's site. People can use the service, unrestricted, for 2 hours. After that they are kicked off and have to resign in. It becomes a real hassle to use more than 2 hours.

This way anyone who is further away from the AP would not meet the minimum threshold to connect. Otherwise I would do some scripting. Have a time limit of a couple of hours. After the couple of hours the ³customer² is added to an access list for 30 minutes or so redirecting all port 80 traffic to the restaurant¹s homepage or ³we know who you are².
