We are in the midst of purchasing a company, and they have quite a few Crown leases. We want to renegotiate those leases to add additional antennas. Unfortunately, these guys are paying $2/ft/antenna so some of them are extremely expensive with 5 antennas at 150’+. Have any of you gone thru the process of renegotiating the tower leases? The terms don’t end for a few more years unfortunately.
